Establishment of Dream Park Hotel & Restaurant Near the Dendropark

We present one of the summarized outcomes of collaborations implemented within the Mantashyants Business Club during 2024.
 

Vladimir Gevorgyan, member of the Mantashyants Business Club and founder of Gevorgyan Concern, has established the Dream Park Hotel & Restaurant, the construction of which was carried out in cooperation with representatives of the Mantashyants Business Club.

Dream Park Hotel & Restaurant is located in one of Armenia’s most picturesque areas — in the ecologically clean and forested Lori region, in the community of Gyulagarak, adjacent to the Dendropark.
 

Situated on a 2.1-hectare pine forest territory, Dream Park offers modern and luxurious glamping units and cottages designed for 2 to 8 guests, seamlessly integrated into the fairy-tale landscape of the Lori forests while preserving the natural environment.
