The training titled "Why Without Sales the Remaining Departments Lose Their Meaning" has successfully concluded at the Mantashyants Business Club. It was conducted by Artur Hakobyan, a business trainer, sales and negotiation expert, and the founder and director of GROW Business School.
During the training, participants discussed modern approaches to sales management, the role of leadership in the sales system, the effective implementation of KPIs, team motivation, negotiation skills, and practical mechanisms driving business growth.
