Arbitration Presentation with Gohar Avagyan

Mantashyants Business Club hosted a professional discussion titled “Ad Hoc vs Institutional Arbitration,” bringing together experienced industry experts, legal professionals, and representatives of the business community.

During the discussion, participants explored:
- the key differences between ad hoc and institutional arbitration,
- the advantages of each approach in different business scenarios,
- as well as practical challenges and solutions based on both local and international experience.

The discussion was moderated by Gohar Avagyan, Director of the International Commercial Arbitration Institute. The speakers included:
- Taron Simonyan — international arbitrator, PhD in Law,
- Aram Khachatryan — President of the Association of Arbitrators of Armenia, international arbitrator,
- Aram Aghababyan — Co-Founder and Director of Case Lens.
