Breakfast with Aram Davtyan – Mantashyants 100

As part of the “Mantashyants 100” initiative, Mantashyants Business Club hosted Aram Davtyan, founder of A3 Retail Group, under whose leadership major retail projects of international brands such as Nike, Vans, The North Face, and others were developed.

During the conversation, participants explored practical approaches to managing large teams, overcoming crises, scaling international business operations, and the role of discipline. Aram also shared his personal journey — from military service to building businesses with billion-level turnovers.

Today, Aram Davtyan continues his professional activities in Russia and the United States, developing new sports and retail ventures.

The meeting was conducted in an open, practical format with an active Q&A session, creating substantial value for the club’s participants.
