Educational Training with Edgar Karapetyan

A three-day educational training on “Business Digitalization Strategy” was held at Mantashyants Business Club for club members, business executives, and company owners.

During the training, participants explored the key directions of business digital transformation, the principles of developing digitalization strategies, and the application of modern tools aimed at business growth, management efficiency, and operational optimization.

The speaker was Edgar Karapetyan, Director of Strategy and Innovations at Galaxy Group.

The training covered topics including digital maturity assessment, diagnosis of the current business state, identification of digitalization opportunities, development of digital transformation roadmaps, optimization of customer, operations, and data management processes, KPI development, and the formation of effective management models.
