Legislative Initiative by the Mantashyants Business Club for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights

The Mantashyants Business Club has introduced a legislative initiative aimed at safeguarding the rights of entrepreneurs in their interactions with the State Revenue Committee (SRC) and the Investigative Committee.

During the press conference, the following points were highlighted:
- The misuse of criminal cases against businesses has become a tool of pressure
- Around 2,000 cases have been opened in the past two years, hindering investment and economic growth
- It is essential to restrict the application of detention and to eliminate the long-term confiscation of computers
- The initiative’s purpose is to ensure a healthy and predictable business environment

“The actions of the SRC have turned into a tool of state racketeering, and we will fight until the legislative changes are implemented,” – Vahram Mirakyan.
