The 7th session of the educational training series was held at Mantashyants Entrepreneurs Club, this time focusing on the art of negotiation — effective positioning, communication, and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
During the training, participants explored how to properly prepare for negotiations, understand the other party’s true interests and motivations, define their own position and limits for concessions, and manage negotiations effectively under pressure, emotional situations, and manipulation.
Trainer: Armen Ghazaryan — Founder and CEO of Beer Academy, Ethnograph, Epos, and Academy Events. The session focused on real-life business situations and practical tools for building a stronger negotiating position and achieving more favorable agreements.
