Training: “Business Goals Through the Team”

Mantashyants Business Club has launched a new educational format—advanced training programs for club members with leading industry experts from Armenia and abroad.

The inaugural training, “Business Goals Through the Team,” was conducted by Hayk Margaryan,
Founder of Executive Online Business Campus and an expert member of Mantashyants Business Club.

During the three-day training, participants explored:
- setting clear and measurable goals
- communicating goals to the team
- effective resource planning
- performance control and automation

The program consisted of four practical modules, covering the journey from goal setting to management dashboards.
