Training Session with Ani Meruzhan: “People and Culture”

A new educational training session dedicated to team building and organizational culture was held at the Mantashyants Business Club.

This time, club members explored one of the most critical yet often underestimated topics in business:  “People and Culture: How to Build Strong Teams and a Strong Culture that Sustains Them.”

The session was led by Ani Meruzhan, Founder of Magnus HR and an HR professional with over 15 years of experience.

During the session, the following topics were covered:
- Fundamental approaches to building organizational culture
- Tools for early detection of risks within teams
- Mechanisms for developing responsible and disciplined teams.

The key takeaway was that strong teams do not emerge spontaneously; they are built through a systematic and consistent approach.
